General Terms of Use for the website relay-hay.com

1. General Use
The website relay-hay.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) is the institutional website of the simplified joint-stock company Lagardère Travel Retail (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
These General Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms of Use”) are intended to inform the user of the Site (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) of the conditions under which they may access the Site and, where applicable, use the content of any nature appearing on or linked to the Site (including but not limited to all information, databases, files, texts, images, photographs, audio and video animations, user interfaces, graphic charts, trademarks and other distinctive signs, or any other work protected by copyright or other proprietary rights) (hereinafter referred to as the “Content”).
Any use or viewing of the Site implies the User’s agreement to comply with these Terms of Use.

2. Sections of the Site
By using the Site, the Publisher provides access to several sections, including:

“About” introduces the Company, its history, the Lagardère Group, and its code of ethics and compliance.

“Activities” presents the Company’s different lines of business: Travel Essentials, Duty Free & Fashion, and Foodservice.

“Brands” showcases the portfolio of retail concepts in Travel Essentials, Duty Free, and Foodservice, featuring both proprietary and partner brands designed to meet travelers’ needs. Given the evolving nature of these concepts, the Publisher does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the information in this section.

“Our Offices” displays the Company’s global office locations.

“News” shares the Company’s latest news and updates.

“Join Us” provides access to job opportunities within the Lagardère Group and allows candidates to submit their resumes. This section also presents the Group’s professions and HR policy.

“Contact” allows Users to submit inquiries or questions.

The Site is accessible free of charge from any location by any User with internet access. All costs required for access to the services (computer equipment, internet connection, etc.) are the responsibility of the User.
For maintenance or other reasons, access to the Site may be suspended or interrupted by the Publisher without notice or justification.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
The User may freely consult the Content on the Site for private, non-commercial use, subject to compliance with the intellectual property rights held by the Publisher and/or third parties, as defined below.
The Site and all its components are protected by intellectual property rights reserved exclusively for their respective holders.
As such, any reproduction and/or representation and/or distribution of these pages and Content, in whole or in part, is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing in advance by the Publisher. In any case, the User must comply with applicable law, including intellectual property, copyright, image rights, press and communication laws, and all other relevant national, EU, or international regulations and treaties.

Photographs
The right to use, store, reproduce, duplicate, or print the photographs contained on the Site (hereinafter “Photographs”) is subject to prior written consent from the Publisher.
Accordingly, the User shall not:

Reproduce or transfer, in whole or in part, for sale, distribution, broadcasting, publication, or communication in any form, the Content without specific prior written authorization from the copyright holder and, if applicable, the persons depicted in the Photographs;

The Publisher and/or the relevant third parties reserve the right to take any appropriate legal action, including criminal prosecution, to enforce their intellectual property rights.

Lagardère Trademarks and Logos
The right to use, store, reproduce, duplicate, or print the Lagardère trademarks and logos on the Site is subject to prior written consent from the Publisher.
Accordingly, the User shall not:

Reproduce, in whole or in part, for sale, distribution, broadcasting, publication, or communication in any form, the trademarks or logos without specific prior written authorization;

Modify the trademarks or logos in any way or reproduce them;

Reuse the trademarks or logos for commercial or advertising purposes or in any manner that could harm the image or reputation of the Lagardère Group and/or its leaders or employees.

The mention of third-party trademarks, whether figurative or otherwise, on the Site does not imply any right to use, license, or authorization of said trademarks without the prior written consent of the relevant trademark holder. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
The Publisher and/or the relevant third parties may take any appropriate legal action, including criminal prosecution, to protect their trademark and broader intellectual property rights.

Several sections of the Site include forms that require the collection of personal data.
